Company Connections
Build and manage relationships with recruiting companies. Invite them to campus drives, track engagement history, and coordinate schedules.
Connecting with Companies​
Invitation Flow​
- Navigate to Companies → Invite Company.
- Enter company details or search from the XeCubes company registry.
- Send an invitation email — the company receives a link to register and connect with your institution.
- Once accepted, the company appears in your Connected Companies list.
Company Profiles​
Each connected company shows:
- Company name and industry
- HR contacts — names, emails, phone numbers
- Roles typically offered — job titles and departments
- Historical engagement — past drives, offers made, acceptance rates
- Average CTC offered — salary ranges by role
Company Tiers​
Organize companies into tiers for structured drive management:

|---|---|---|
| Dream | Top-tier companies with highest CTCs (e.g., Google, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs) | First pick of students |
| Tier 1 | Strong companies with competitive packages | After Dream companies |
| Tier 2 | Good companies with standard packages | General placement pool |
| Tier 3 | Mass recruiters and service companies | Open pool |
Students placed in higher tiers are typically excluded from lower-tier drives (configurable policy).
Scheduling & Coordination​
- Calendar sync: Share available dates with companies for PPTs, assessments, and interviews.
- Slot management: Prevent scheduling conflicts between multiple companies.
- Communication hub: In-app messaging between TPO and company HR teams.
- Document sharing: Share student resumes, placement brochures, and policies securely.
Company Engagement Analytics​
Track relationship metrics:
- Total drives participated per company
- Offer-to-join ratio
- Average time-to-offer
- Student feedback scores for company interview processes
