Source candidates from Naukri.com and Naukri Resdex with automatic profile extraction, CTC parsing, and notice period detection.
How It Works​
- Navigate to a candidate profile on Naukri or Naukri Resdex.
- Click the Talent Scout icon to activate the sidebar.
- The extension extracts:
- Full name and contact details
- Current and expected CTC
- Notice period
- Work experience and skills
- Education details
- Resume (if downloadable)
- View Job Fit Score against your active roles.
- Click Import to add to your XeCubes pipeline.

Naukri Resdex Integration​
For Naukri Resdex subscribers:
- Access premium candidate data including contact information.
- Bulk extract from search results pages.
- Resume downloads are automatically parsed and stored in XeCubes.
CTC-Based Filtering​
After importing, candidates from Naukri include CTC data that enables:
- Budget matching: Automatically flag candidates whose expected CTC exceeds your job's budget.
- Negotiation insights: Compare current vs. expected CTC to understand candidate expectations.
- Offer calibration: Use market data to craft competitive offers.
Best Practices​
- Verify contact details — Naukri profiles may have outdated phone numbers or emails.
- Check notice period — align with your hiring timeline.
- Download resumes when available — they contain richer data than the profile summary.
- Use Resdex for higher-quality sourcing with verified contact information.
