The pipeline view gives recruiters a real-time, Kanban-style board to track every candidate's journey from application to hire.
Pipeline Views​
Kanban Board​
- Candidates appear as cards within their current stage column.
- Each card displays: name, role applied for, AI interview score (if completed), source channel, and days in current stage.
- Drag-and-drop to advance or move candidates between stages.
Table View​
- Spreadsheet-style view with sortable columns: Name, Email, Job, Stage, Score, Source, Applied Date.
- Inline actions: advance, reject, schedule interview, add note.
- Bulk select with checkboxes for mass operations.
Calendar View​
- View upcoming interviews, assessment deadlines, and offer expiration dates in a calendar layout.

AI Scorecards​
After an AI interview or assessment, each candidate receives an automated scorecard:
