Recruiter Dashboard Guide
The XeCubes Recruiter Dashboard is the nerve centre of your hiring operations. It provides a real-time, unified view of all active pipelines, team performance, and AI-driven insights.
Dashboard Layout
When you sign in, the dashboard displays five primary zones:
1. Command Bar (Top)
- Quick Search: Type any candidate name, job title, or email to instantly locate records across your entire workspace.
- Create Actions: One-click buttons for New Job, Upload Resumes, Schedule Interview, and Invite Team Member.
- Notifications Bell: Real-time alerts for new applications, completed AI interviews, and webhook events.
2. Hiring Pipeline Overview
- Visual Kanban-style pipeline showing candidates grouped by stage:
Applied→Screened→AI Interview→Technical Assessment→HR Round→Offer→Hired
- Drag-and-drop candidates between stages.
- Bulk select candidates for mass actions (reject, advance, tag, export).
3. Analytics Widgets
- Time-to-Hire: Average days from job posting to accepted offer, broken down by role and department.
- Source Attribution: Where your best hires come from — Talent Scout extension, career pages, job boards, employee referrals.
- AI Interview Completion Rate: Percentage of candidates who completed vs. abandoned AI interviews.
- Assessment Pass Rate: Distribution of coding assessment scores across active jobs.
4. Team Activity Feed
- Live feed of actions taken by team members: interviews reviewed, offers sent, candidates advanced.
- Filter by team member, job, or date range.
5. Upcoming Calendar
- Upcoming AI interview sessions, manual interview slots, and candidate reminders.
- Integrated with Google Calendar, Outlook, and Zoom.
Customizing Your Workspace
Navigate to Settings → Workspace to configure:
