Setup & Authentication​

  1. Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store.
  2. Click the XeCubes icon in your browser toolbar.
  3. Sign in using your organization credentials or enter your personal API key (xh_live_...).
  4. Pin the extension to your toolbar for instant access while sourcing.

Using Talent Scout​

On LinkedIn​

  1. Navigate to a candidate's LinkedIn profile.
  2. The Talent Scout sidebar automatically appears showing:
    • Candidate summary (parsed from profile)
    • Job fit scores for your active roles
    • Duplicate check status
  3. Click Ingest to XeCubes to add the candidate to your talent pool.

On Naukri​

  1. Open a candidate profile on Naukri or Naukri Resdex.
  2. Click the Talent Scout icon to activate the sidebar.
  3. View parsed CTC, notice period, and location details.
  4. Click Import to add to your pipeline.

On GitHub​

  1. Visit a developer's GitHub profile.
  2. Talent Scout analyses repositories, languages, and contribution patterns.
  3. View the technical profile summary and job fit scores.
  4. Click Import Developer to add to your talent pool.
